  Personality And Traits
  
  Akari often describes himself as caring, wise, and playful Kit. Ask anyone else and they might tell you he is unpredictable, sometimes on the cruel side and more then a little too full of himself. A strange being to properly grasp, he tends to enjoy playing pranks on those around him, be they of good nature or with purpose. For purpose is also something important to him.
  
  As a Kémōnō-Youkaí he cannot lie. Even when he is tricking someone, he cannot blatantly outright lie. It goes against what he does and what he believes in - and more importantly what he is. Often times, this forces him to either be creative with the truth or to simply avoid letting someone ask in general. Often in times, any time spent around him comes complete with it's own rambling discussion about anything that happens to be on his mind. But at the same time, he can give fine insight into a lot of topics very few people go into. Matters pertaining to spirits, supernatural elements or the unknown are his specialty. He can be friendly when he wishes, often times the default way he approaches a new person. When angered, he can be very easily upset, and quick to violence. He finds revenge quickly but can draw it out. Trapping others in illusions or exploiting any weakness he finds in their personality.
  
  Promises are of great importance for him...as is loyalty. To friends and family he is absolutely loyal, nothing matters more to him kind then kin. And those they care about are often times protected. Likewise - promises made by others is less of an exchange of words then a pact. When a kitsūné promises to another, they make an oath they cannot break.
  
  It is against their very being Oath breaking can be a devastating experience that can often times leave them suicidal. Likewise - promises broken by others are taken to great offence. Anyone that swears an oath , simple as it may be, are expected to follow it through fully. Those who break this promise are often times marked as the ultimate enemies in his eyes.
  
  His weapons of choice are not in fact conventional weapons. In fact, he considers himself frail and delicate, far from a fighter. If any form of fighting breaks out, he is quick to either blend in or hide. If threatened, he will often times either try to coerce or retreat. His greatest weapons would be his illusions and his charm.
  
  Typical of a kitsūné, he is a very promiscuous being. He often times lusts after anyone even vaguely attractive, especially males or females that show promising amount of intelligence. Though once he finds that perfect Yin desire for all others fades completely. Regardless of lust, he respects the boundaries of others. No means no, and a lack of any interest is understandable. Seduction never becomes a priority when another is bound in marriage, though he has been known to test the faith of questionable spouses with his techniques. If they fall for it, they might soon find a few nasty side-effects tact on.
  
  He is a watcher of the realm he resides in. He helps where he can, though he tries to do so with out a fight. He is known to his charges only as Watcher.
  
  Defeat is one of his greatest fears, as is heartbreak. He tends to become possessive of people he cares about and often times acts very, very clingy. Sometimes annoyingly so for some people. Adding to this, his pride tends to make defeat something hard for him to accept. He sees it as nothing short of humiliation .
  
  Abilities and Weaknesses
  
  Abilities
  Wind Control
  - Índō Kitsūné are well known for their ability to manipulate wind. Powerful worshipers of the Kamikazi (Or Sacred Winds), they can summon forth bitingly cold gales that can rip their opponents off their feet or even scalding hot breezes. Some may even pull the air away from a fixed point in order to try suffocating their foes or causing them discomfort. Adding to this, he can form orbs of raw ephemera that can explode into powerful bursts of air capable of tearing flesh. However in control he is, these can still effect him from close enough.
  Powerful Illusions
  - Able to assume the form of a multitude of creatures ranging from simple field mice to humans, to even tree-sized beasts such as wurms and giants. Objects are not outside of his range of mimicking too, be it a chest or someone's jewelry. Worse yet - with his experience in the arts, he has found himself able to create illusions within a small area, able to create entire scenes that can play out before someone in said small area. Whilst they can take forms that are appealing to the eyes, the seduction factor of these forms is also helped by magical means.
  Foxfire
  - Able to summon forth blue flames to burn his foes. These magical flames can manifest in up to four balls for each of his tails, or as blue lightning that can induce a painful shock. Typically used as a distraction or a defense mechanism when backed into a corner.
  Youkaitsūkí (Spirit Possession)
  - Be it through mystical rites, slipping into a foe in his spirit form to simply being allowed entry into someone's body, possession is not beyond his abilities. Unwanted possession tends to be very difficult, as the mind of the host can be resilient enough to drive him out or distract him long enough to be exorcised. Once inside of a host, their minds can become linked. Useful as a method of taking the reigns from someone when they need to employ skills they would not normally have in a certain situation. Mind reading can be used in and out of the mind of a victim...though when being done outside of a victim's body it can be obscenely dangerous. Anything too long would likely end in his being driven unconscious or fleeing.
  Weaknesses
  
  As powerful as a spirit can be, weaknesses exist for him as they do with all things. Starting with the most obvious. Stab a Kémōnō-Youkaí with a common dagger and they will either bleed, regenerate, dissipate for a few days or simply be unharmed. Magical and holy weapons on the other hand are immensely deadly to him. Fearing them above all else and almost utterly refusing to even go near one, these kinds of weapons could destroy his very spirit if used correctly, insuring he would not be reborn.
  
  Typical of a creature dedicated to the wind, quiet underground areas are absolute horror for him. Difficultly breathing, being far away from the open air...an easy way to torture him.
  
  None of his illusions are perfect. It is impossible for a spirit to take up a perfect illusion. No matter what form he is in, there is always an obvious sign of his identity. Be it a shadow that looks very much like a canine, a stray tail, claws, fur, hair color...it is always there and it is NOT invisible to the naked eye.
  
  Adding to the nature of what he is, he can not only never break a promise but he is also unable to lie. Stretch the truth, maybe, but never outright lie to someone. Even if he does not want to admit something.
